2016 Pinot Blanc

Pinot Blanc is a white grape popular across the globe, especially in Alsace, Austria and Germany. Refreshing and vibrant, this Pinot Blanc is full-bodied with aromas of pear and honeysuckle mingled with scents of waxy bee pollen, citrus blossom, and fresh cut apple. Notes of black tea and vanilla extract show as the wine opens. Even at room temperature the finish remains clean and crisp. Pair this vintage with white sauces, pine nuts and dishes using goat cheese or parmesan cheese.

2016 Zinfandel

With Croatian roots and a long history in Apulia Italy, Zin is a classic all-American success story crafted in California. The black-skin grapes of this vintage produced a ruby red highly aromatic wine that opens with blackberry, black currant, and black pepper then finishes with mocha and spice. This is a big full-bodied Zin that is well balanced with a lush finish and age-worthy. Smoked Gouda and Trentingrana cheeses pair well, as do pork loin, roasted turkey, and seasoned grilled vegetables. This is the winemakers go to wine with grilled hand-rubbed tri-tip.
