Pinot Blanc is a white grape popular across the globe, especially in Alsace, Austria and Germany. Refreshing and vibrant, this Pinot Blanc is full-bodied with aromas of pear and honeysuckle mingled with scents of waxy bee pollen, citrus blossom, and fresh cut apple. Notes of black tea and vanilla extract show as the wine opens. Even at room temperature the finish remains clean and crisp. Pair this vintage with white sauces, pine nuts and dishes using goat cheese or parmesan cheese.
